Businesses now communicate with customers across push notifications, email, messaging apps, digital wallets and in-app channels. But those conversations often sit in separate tools, loosely connected to the CRM. The result is fragmented messaging and a customer journey that teams still have to stitch together by hand, even as audiences and message volumes grow.
Indigitall brings every customer channel into one platform, giving businesses a single place to segment audiences, personalize interactions and automate journeys. It connects major CRM systems with mobile, email, digital wallets and messaging channels, while its AI layer helps teams predict engagement, support customer service and measure performance. The value is not simply having more channels: it is preserving customer context as an interaction moves between them, so each message or action forms part of one coherent strategy.
That orchestration now includes AI Voice Agents for inbound and outbound calls. Voice becomes another step in the same journey as push, WhatsApp or email: a payment reminder can begin digitally, move to a call when needed and continue without losing the context behind it. The same infrastructure supports authentication, smart call routing, appointment reminders, collections and callback services, all use cases that have traditionally required a separate contact-centre workflow.
Indigitall is also making the data behind those journeys easier to use. Data Talk lets teams ask questions in natural language, generate analytics and charts across channels, and create dynamic audiences from the CDP. Through its Model Context Protocol integration, clients can connect tools such as Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT to the platform with the appropriate permissions. Together, these products move Indigitall from omnichannel messaging toward an execution layer linking customer data, enterprise systems and AI agents.
Headquartered in Madrid, Indigitall was built by a team with deep telecoms and enterprise-software experience. Today, its platform helps large organizations coordinate customer communication across markets, channels and teams. That operating complexity, not simply the interface, is where the product has been built to perform.
It was co-founded by Juan Carlos de la Vela and Xavier Omella. Both came from deep telecom and digital backgrounds before founding the company, de la Vela as former Country Manager for Spain and Portugal at Motorola Mobility, and Omella as former Sales and Marketing Director at Orange. The leadership team also includes Marcos Fortún as Chief Technology Officer, alongside a broader team spanning marketing, revenue and customer success functions.
We invested in Indigitall's €6 million Series A round alongside Data Point Capital and GoHub Ventures. At the time, the company already had an established client base across Spain and Latin America, and the round was earmarked in part to fund a launch into the US market alongside continued growth across Europe and Latin America.
We backed Indigitall because the company had already solved the difficult, largely invisible work that makes enterprise customer engagement possible. Its founders understood telecoms infrastructure, its platform was integrated with the systems where customer data lives, and it could operate across multiple channels, markets and regulatory environments. That combination created something more defensible than another campaign tool: a central layer embedded in how large organizations communicate with their customers.
That foundation is becoming more valuable as AI moves from generating content to taking action. Indigitall can place voice agents, conversational interfaces and data analysis directly inside an existing customer journey because the channels, integrations and customer context are already there. We believe this is the company's opportunity: to become the operating layer through which enterprises understand each customer, decide the next action and execute it across every channel.
