Why we invested in TuringDream: Unlocking Agentic AI for education and enterprises

Jose Morán (COO), Juan Morán (CEO), Manuel Tarrasa (CTO)

We are excited to announce our first investment of AV4 in TuringDream, a Madrid-based startup pioneering the development of multi-agent-based applications (MABAs) for enterprise use.

Adara Ventures co-led the €6 million seed round alongside HWK, with participation from AI-specialist fund Next Tier Ventures.

TuringDream is building a category-defining Agentic AI platform designed to make powerful, collaborative AI agents accessible to teams across industries, with no machine learning expertise required.

Scaling Intelligence: From single AI agents to multi-agent autonomy

The generative AI wave has made conversational and task-oriented assistants commonplace.  But the next frontier lies in systems that can coordinate, reason, and self-improve through the interaction of multiple agents.

These multi-agent-based applications (MABAs) represent a step change in how software can be architected and deployed. Unlike single-agent models, MABAs are modular, adaptive, and capable of solving complex problems through emergent cooperation. The technical barrier, however, has remained high until now.

Meet TuringDream: A no-code platform for multi-agent application development

TuringDream provides an AI-native platform that enables organisations to build MABAs with natural language and a no-code interface. The platform handles the complexity of agent collaboration, reasoning, memory, and improvement, allowing users to focus solely on business logic.

Whether building applications for banking, insurance, customer support, or education, teams can use TuringDream to generate powerful, self-improving systems without requiring in-house AI engineers.

First use case: Personalised tutoring at scale

TuringDream’s first vertical is education, where it’s already showing strong traction. The company’s debut product, TAU, is a hyper-personalised tutoring platform for secondary school students.

Powered by MABAs built with TuringDream’s Agent Generation Model, TAU adapts in real time to each student’s pace, learning style, and curriculum. It sets a compelling precedent for how agentic AI can deliver real-world value in high-variance, high-touch environments.

Currently in beta, TAU is expected to launch publicly in September 2025.

The team behind-the-scenes

TuringDream was founded in 2023 by a team with deep expertise in enterprise software, AI, and education. Juan Morán (CEO) was formerly the Co-Founder of Meta4 and the Dragon American School. Jose Morán (COO) was also a Co-Founder of Meta4, and Manuel Tarrasa (CTO) was formerly the CTO at Meta4. Before that, he held roles as CIO/CTO at Prosegur and Konecta.

The team's decades of operational and technical experience are key to building a robust platform that meets enterprise-grade requirements for usability, security, and scalability.

With this new funding, TuringDream plans to expand its platform’s capabilities and accelerate go-to-market efforts across Europe, North America, and Latin America. The team is already collaborating with design partners in sectors such as banking, corporate training, and contact centres to tailor the platform to meet diverse enterprise needs.

The Adara View: Foundational Infrastructure for the Agentic Era

We believe agentic AI will unlock a new generation of enterprise applications that will be composable, collaborative, and continuously improving. TuringDream’s approach offers a rare combination of technological depth and practical usability, and we see the platform as a foundational layer for a wide range of vertical AI systems.

We’re proud to partner with Juan, Jose, Manuel, and the rest of the team as they lead the way into this next chapter of AI.
