Backstory

I was born and raised in Madrid, but moving to Pennsylvania for high school at seventeen gave me an independence and international outlook that shaped my early path. I earned a degree in Mathematics at Millersville University, while also pursuing my passion for dance through classes on Broadway in New York. After university, I spent seven years living and performing with an international touring musical, working alongside more than 100 cast members from over 20 countries - an intense experience that built real discipline, adaptability and teamwork.
Returning to Spain marked a real shift. I joined Adara in April 2006 as Office Manager, when the firm was still small and every role demanded a hands-on approach. Over two decades I grew alongside the company - gaining a broad understanding of the business within Operations, then spending over ten years building close relationships in Investor Relations - and along the way completed a Master's in Corporate Finance and Law at ESADE in 2017, which paved the way for my current role as Head of Compliance and Investor Relations.
Outside of the office, performance and outdoor adventure define my downtime: skiing, scuba diving, and riding mountain roads on a BMW 1250 with my husband - I value the feeling of true freedom and discovery.

through consistency, transparency and reliability. Reputation is one of the most valuable assets a firm can have: it takes years to build and only moments to damage, and how a firm communicates, responds and behaves over time fundamentally shapes the confidence our investors place in us.
I care deeply about finding the right balance between rigorous regulatory compliance and delivering a seamless, responsive investor experience. Good compliance, handled with professionalism, clarity and empathy, is ultimately good service - it should never feel like a barrier, but a vital part of creating a better experience for our partners.
