Backstory
On the lookout for
Since I was a kid I wanted to be an inventor - always trying to understand how things worked and whether they could be better. That became real at school, when I built an NFC-based system to manage the dining hall; it won Madrid's regional technology competition and placed in the national top five, but what stayed with me was turning an idea into something useful.
I studied Service Engineering, a degree focused on the intersection of technology, business and people. I later spent time in Zurich studying Informatics and Business, and in Porto, at FEUP, researching blockchain mechanisms for energy systems. Those international experiences taught me to work across cultures, build relationships from scratch, and approach familiar problems from different perspectives. After returning to Madrid, I completed a Master's in Artificial Intelligence while working in private equity — a combination of research, technology and investing that ultimately shaped how I think about organizations: as systems that can learn, adapt, and make better decisions over time.
At Adara, I lead technology and AI with a clear ambition: to help build an AI-native venture firm and support our incredible founders on the same journey. To me, becoming AI-native is not about layering automation onto existing processes. It is about rethinking how an organization learns, generates knowledge, and makes better decisions. I build systems and workflows that reduce friction, connect information, and give the team more space to focus on judgment.
What I am really looking for is impact: building systems that cut through the noise and help people solve hard problems. AI matters to me not because it makes work faster, but because it can expand what individuals, organizations, and society as a whole are capable of achieving.
