Adara Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund with €350M in assets under management. We invest in ambitious founders building deep tech solutions that tackle complex enterprise challenges.

We focus on B2B startups across Cybersecurity, Data & applications, Infrastructure, Core tech components, Digital health and Energy transition.

Our team is based in Madrid and we invest across Southern and Western Europe: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, the UK & Ireland.

🔍 What You’ll Do as an Analyst

As part of our investment team, you’ll get a 360-degree  hands-on view into how VC works. You’ll:

• Work directly with partners and other investment team members to source and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and deep dives into specific technologies or sectors.
• Actively search for early-stage companies through outbound outreach and ecosystem mapping.
• Analyze business models, financials, traction metrics, and competitive landscapes.
• Join meetings with founders and help shape investment memos and recommendations.
• Work hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs in our portfolio.
• Support fundraising activities and initiatives.

You’ll be treated as a real team member — we want you to learn, contribute, and grow.

💡 What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse team. You might be a fit if you:

• Are passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and science.
• Are curious, proactive, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Enjoy diving into new topics and translating insights into structured analysis.
• Communicate clearly and can craft compelling slides and spreadsheets.
• Are fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
• Have at least one prior professional experience — whether in an internship, part-time role, or project-based work. 
• Bonus points if you have coding or data analysis skills (Python, SQL, Notion, Airtable — you name it).
