We are looking for an AI & Operations Associate to join our team and help transform our internal operations and scale our use of AI, automation, and data-driven workflows across the entire firm (from Dealflow, to Investor Relations, to Portfolio Management and everything in between).‍

You’ll play a critical role in helping define and implement this transformation.‍

Your Mission‍

You will help design, build, and run internal products and workflows that:

Leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
Create data pipelines and dashboards to power internal insights.
Streamline internal operations with tools like Notion, Zapier, Airtable, Slack bots, and more.
Experiment with LLM-powered tools (e.g., for sourcing, memo drafting, research synthesis).
Codify workflows and ensure adoption across the team through clear documentation and enablement.

What you'll be doing

Define and evolve the internal product roadmap for Adara’s operations stack.
Research and evaluate tools, APIs, and 3rd-party platforms to integrate into our workflow.
Design and implement automations across functions (dealflow, CRM, portfolio management, finance).
Set up and maintain structured knowledge bases and internal dashboards.
Drive the adoption of GenAI use cases across the team.

Qualifications

Strategic thinker with a builder mentality. Excited to go from 0 to 1.
Strong communicator, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Curious, autonomous, and obsessed with efficiency and tools.
Strong command of data workflows: ETL, API integrations, data wrangling (SQL, Python, etc.).
Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, Notion, Airtable).
Comfort working with GenAI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity).
Bonus: experience with basic scripting or automation logic.
2+ years in operations, product, data, or VC/tech environments.
Proven track record of driving tool adoption and building internal systems from scratch.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
