The Operations/Compliance Program

As an Operations/Compliance Intern, you will:

• Assist our head of compliance in ensuring that our firm meets the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance.

• Conduct compliance due diligence on potential and existing portfolio companies, investors and partners, using various sources of information and tools.

• Prepare and update reports, policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of all compliance activities.

• Monitor and research regulatory developments and best practices in the financial industry and provide recommendations for improving our compliance processes and systems.

• Collaborate with the investment and operations team and other internal stakeholders.

Our Operations/Compliance Internship Program is paid, full-time, and will take place at our offices in Madrid, Spain.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A strong interest and curiosity in compliance and financial regulation and a willingness to learn and grow in this field.

• A background in law, finance, business, economics or a related discipline, preferably in their final years of university or recently graduated.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are highly valued.
